I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with The Grout Medic. To begin, Ron, the owner came and gave me a very detailed (and reasonable) proposal. He was personable and gave me a sense of confidence that I'd be happy with the work. About a week later Pete, the tech came. He did an outstanding job and I was extremely impressed by the high caliber of his effort - the end result exceeded my expectations. He gave me an explanation of what he had done and instructions for the small amount of curing time required. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the The Grout Medic for any grout related work you may have.

After receiving a few very expensive bathroom makeover quotes we called The Grout Medics.
We are now so extremely pleased with their completed professional work!
We had 3 bathroom tile floors steam cleaned and color stained the grout for a new fresh look. We had our 2 tubs cleaned, the tub wall tiles regrouted, color stained and recaulked. We also had our foyer tiles steam cleaned and the grout restained. Everything looks updated, clean and fresh! Dillon was here for two long days and worked very hard to please and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company! Ask for Dillon he did a great job!

Ron personally came to do the initial estimate of the caulking job in our bathroom, he understood what was needed and the work was very well done by his technician. It was easy to schedule our initial appointment and even had to amend the date, I would use them again in the future if needed and highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with Grout Medic. The owner came to look at and understand the work we wanted done and made several good suggestions. When the technician came to do the work, he explained exactly what he was going to do to make sure his understanding was clear. He proceeded to do the work professionally and neatly - exactly what we wanted. They really cared about pleasing us.
