Tasha provided excellent customer service, she accommodated us every time we had to push this project back due to work or what not. We appreciate Rob's consistent efforts to contact us when he didn't receive any replies from us due to our busy life. This company has certainly earned every single five-star rating they have received. Our bathrooms look brand new yet again, thanks to The Grout Medic.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the two bathrooms The Grout Medic cleaned. They looked better than new. The tech who worked for us was great, left everything in perfect condition. I highly recommend the Medic’s services. A great company to do business with.

Timely scheduling, clean approach to project, great results overall!

First and foremost, I have to say Tasha from their team is amazing! She explained everything, always communicated, and would get the answers I needed even if I had too many. Ensured I felt comfortable and understood. The teams work was just as amazing! My bathroom looks brand new, that I decided to have them do my mothers bathroom. She is beyond happy with the work. From Tasha to Ron to the technicians I give A+++. I plan to do my mothers 2nd bathroom and will only reach out to Tasha and the team moving forward.

The Grout Medic consistently delivers outstanding results. I rely on them for all my kitchen and bathroom projects, including grouting, sealing, and cleaning stone and marble surfaces. Their professionalism and quality of work are exceptional every time.

I have to admit I was not 100 % satisfied with the bathroom grout work at first - however I had them come back to do our kitchen floor tile and steam clean the tile. They redid the bathroom at no charge. I was so pleased with their attitude as well to insure that we were pleased with the finished work. We had bathroom tile, kitchen floor and wall tile cleaned, regrouting and our front door area. We were 100 % pleased and will have them do our family room floor tile soon. We recommend them. Thank you Grout Medic!!!

The¥ did a first class job diagnosing my problem and repairing it. I am very pleased with their work and would happily use them again.
